The best thing for you to do is to show them you can eat unprocessed food without any psychological effort. Your passion would speak loudly and they would understand soon or late.
A relationship is when you have a lot of options to spend the time together, when you have almost the same ideas, dreams or hobbies.
Don’t talk about your diet all the time because people would start to avoid you. Tell about your choice only when you are asked about that.
Preparing a small card with your food option you may give to the waitress without being seen by others, could be one of the best options when going into a restaurant with people that don’t share your diet or your food choice.
Find people who share your lifestyle options and diet or create a community because together is always simpler and fun and the feeling that someone understands you is unimaginable high especially when you’re experiencing major changes in your life.
