Salad Sauces with No Oil

When you make salads, consider roots, green vegetables, greens, beet, carrots, cabbage, broccoli, cauliflower, marrows, pepper, radish and squash. These green leafed vegetables are rich in fiber that’s why they are very indicated in detoxifying diets for their properties in getting off fats, cholesterol, and toxins.
Another great idea of easy-to-make sauce is putting broccoli and cauliflower in blender. You’ll obtain a mass that looks like couscous or rice. Add it in your salads for a great taste and detoxifying properties.
