Are you looking for some good raw recipes that your whole family will love?

Here are some ideas for each meal of the day. Hopefully you will be able to find something that everyone in the family will enjoy.

Raw Recipes for Breakfast

Green Drink: Put through the juicer, apples, celery and lots of kale
Chocolate Smoothies: Put in a blender some nut milk, 3 bananas, some strawberries, 3-4 dates, small bit of vanilla pod, 1 Tablespoon raw carob powder, 1/2 tablespoon raw cocoa powder. Blend and serve immediately.
Muesli: chunks of cashews and almond, dried mango, dried sultanas, raw oats, 1/2 tablespoon of sunflower seeds, 1/2 tablespoon of pumpkin seeds. Mix all this up and pour in some almond milk that is sweetened with about 3-4 dates. Let this soak in the fridge overnight. Serve it the following morning.

Raw Recipes for Morning Snacks

Lots of fresh or dried mango and bananas mixed together with some raw nuts.
Ice Cream with Cashews: In the blender mix about two cups of cashew butter with about 1 1/2 cups of dates. Gently mix in 2/3 cup of chopped almonds. Then add 1/2 cup of raw carob powder. Mix this very well and pour into containers and let freeze before serving.

Raw Recipes for Lunch

Italian Noodles: With your Spiralizer, shape some zucchinis into the shape of noodles, add some fresh basil, 2 teaspoons of cold-pressed olive oil, 1 avocado, 2 teaspoons of chopped garlic, 6 cherry tomatoes, juice from a half of a lemon, add some sea salt to taste. Mix this all together and serve.
Pasta Sauce with Noodles: With your Spiralizer, shape some zucchinis into the shape of noodles. Make your sauce by blending up 3 tomatoes, 1 stick of celery, 1 1/2 carrots, 1/2 avocado, 30 grams dehydrated tomatoes, 1/4 onion, 4 dates, 1 glove of garlic, 2 tablespoons of fresh basil, 1 teaspoon of apple cider vinegar, 2 tablespoon of organic tamari, 2 tablespoons cold-pressed olive oil. Pour this over the noodles and serve.

Raw Recipes for Afternoon Snacks

Green Drink: Put in the juicer 4 apples with 1/2 bunch of spinach
Brazil Sweets: Mix 125 grams of dates, 125 grams of raisins, 125 grams of Brazil nuts, 1/8 teaspoon of cinnamon, 1 teaspoon of carob powder. Blend this until it’s smooth. Roll them into small balls then roll the small balls in shredded coconut.

Raw Recipes for Dinner

Guacamole Salad: Chopped parsley, 1/2 bunch cilantro, 1/2 bunch kale, 1/2 chopped cos lettuce, 1/2 red onion (sliced), 30 grams cherry tomatoes, juice from 1/2 a lemon, sea salt to taste. For guacamole, blend up 2 avocados, 1 tomato, 1/4 cup onion, a bit of cayenne and some sea salt to taste. Mix this into the salad and eat.
