But let’s see which are the best combinations to try for food experimenters and not only.
Pumpkin Seed with Garlic and Basil
1 cup soaked pumpkin seeds
2 cups soaked sunflower seeds
2 cloves minced garlic
1 tbsp oregano
1 tbsp ginger
¼ chopped fresh basil
Combine all the ingredients in a blender and add water to cover them. Blend until creamy. Squeeze the liquid and use it in salads. Use the solid part for stuffing celery or spreading on crackers. It tastes great with mushrooms.

How to mix food in order to taste great and to obtain the detoxifying effect at the same time?
Food combining experimenters have come to some common rules of mixing foods.
Here are several examples of successful mixings:
• Nourishing dressing from avocado grounded with water and sea salt and a few drops of lemon juice. Another option would be adding garlic, parsley and dill plus a few drops of soy sauce.
• Grounded orange mixed with coriander powder and black pepper. This mix tastes good with beet and prunes.
• Grounded persimmon or banana plus chili, or plus curry and ginger, or plus cinnamon/powdered cardamom/powdered nutmeg and a drop of lemon juice.

How to make easy to prepare raw salad dressing that are tasting great and are healthy and detoxifying at the same time?
Preparing food without concentrated vegetable oils it’s an important issue for staying healthy and for health restoring.
Another important benefit is cutting concentrated vegetable oils from the menu would definitely help in losing weight.
The only exception is coconut oil that can be used in salads without any risks for body and health. Be sure to keep a small amount of it in a jar at the room temperature for you to add in salads when it’s melted. The rest of it you can keep in the fridge.

Raw Recipes for Breakfast
Green Drink: Put through the juicer, apples, celery and lots of kale
Chocolate Smoothies: Put in a blender some nut milk, 3 bananas, some strawberries, 3-4 dates, small bit of vanilla pod, 1 Tablespoon raw carob powder, 1/2 tablespoon raw cocoa powder. Blend and serve immediately.
Muesli: chunks of cashews and almond, dried mango, dried sultanas, raw oats, 1/2 tablespoon of sunflower seeds, 1/2 tablespoon of pumpkin seeds. Mix all this up and pour in some almond milk that is sweetened with about 3-4 dates. Let this soak in the fridge overnight. Serve it the following morning.
